Exit Five

Corporate Park

Exit Five Corporate Park

Location is a key element to the success of a commercial development and to all of the businesses located in it.  Exit Five offers tremendous access to any location in Indianapolis.  The location also provides excellent access to the five major interstate highways that travel around and through Indianapolis, on the way to Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville and the rest of the country.  At the same time, Exit Five’s suburban location affords the benefits of being in a small municipality like Fishers.  The main east-west thoroughfare, 116th Street, was recently widened to four lanes to further enhance the convenience of Exit Five.

Exit Five Corporate Park, south of 116th Street, is a 273-acre office park.  It is home to Sallie Mae’s 600,000 square foot corporate headquarters, Forum Credit Union’s corporate headquarters, a Forum Credit Union branch banking facility and a 60,000 s.f. St. Vincent Hospital medical office building.

The companies in Exit Five chose Sunbeam’s Exit Five for two overriding reasons: convenience of location and appearance of the park.  The entire Exit Five development is protected through development guidelines and deed restrictions which govern the quality of building architecture, signage and landscaping.  In this way, Sunbeam Development Corporation is able to establish and enhance the integrity of the park to create the kind of quality suburban business center that has become the company’s trademark.
